adidas has always been about sport and fitness. The brand has been a forerunner in this segment since it was established in 1949. Now, it has expanded its base of sports/training activities with the introduction of the adidas HIIT Collection.

It celebrates the euphoric feeling a HIIT workout brings with it, with additional energy and focus. Furthermore, it brings with it sweat-wicking materials, keeping athletes feeling cool through their workouts.

- 74% have witnessed feelings of isolation and disconnection
- Most shockingly, 56% believe humanity is doomed
While the team admits there are no quick fixes, studies have shown that HIIT workouts assist in releasing serotonin. This is known as the “happy hormone”, a positive effect on both your physical and emotional well-being. And this spawned the idea for the adidas HIIT collection.
