A few years ago, adidas Running launched the revolutionary Boost technology accompanied by the UltraBoost silhouette. In celebration of the legacy of its first release in 2015, the company has re-released the silhouette with an exclusive limited edition.
The UltraBoost returns to the streets this December in the same iconic black and dark purple colourway. The limited-edition is an exact replica of the first-released UltraBoost silhouette that redefined the industry a few short years back. What made the silhouette stand out and revolutionise the industry was its Boost sole. The technology offers runners ground-breaking energy return, superior cushioning and adaptability. In addition, the shoe features a high-tech heel cap, which enables free movement of the Achilles tendon and complements the minimalist and stylish Primeknit upper. This technology is flexible and breathable, with added ventilation to ensure the perfect fit for a better run.
The adidas UltraBOOST is currently available at adidas retail stores as well as online. The silhouette has a retail price of R2,999.
