Having dropped the successful Spezial Union collection in late 2018, adidas Originals presents the latest collection from the adidas Spezial range, which includes footwear, apparel and accessories for the SS19 season. The range features a mix of vibrant colours complete with iconic adidas staples, which have been reimagined with modern influences.
This, the second drop for the Spezial collection continues the Original collector series, drawing influence from renowned adidas collector, Robert Brooks (aka Brooksy), and his life in London. Brooksy is well-known within the adidas collectors community and an integral part of the Spezial story, which is used as a point of reference for the latest drop, most specifically for the footwear, which features running styles geared towards London’s adidas aficionados and collectors.
The range of footwear includes the SILVERBIRCH SPZL, the GLXY SPZL and the Earlham. The SILVERBIRCH SPZL is inspired by the adidas Denver, with reference to an area in London where Brooksy grew up. The colourways features pops of colour, which is also featured within the apparel drop, with bright oranges, clear blues and a more subdued collegiate navy. The GLXY SPZL is based on the classic Galaxy silhouette, whereas the Earlham is a new hybrid with roots from court silhouettes mixed with the Made in France sneaker, the Gaea 950.
The latest adidas Spezial range is available at adidas Originals stores and various retailers across the country.
