It’s been a while since we featured a new YEEZY BOOST 700 V2 drop. The last time was some two years ago with the YEEZY BOOST 700 V2 Geode. adidas Originals and Kanye West has once again partnered for the collaboration of the YEEZY BOOST 700 V2 Cream.
One of my favourite silhouettes from the YEEZY range, the 700 V2 features a mixed material upper. This includes full-grain leather with nubuck overlays given it a premium finish with a soft feel. In addition to this, it’s also both supportive and durable.
The roller knit underlays provide a lightweight, yet breathable finish adding to the comfort levels where needed. Additionally, the upper features reflective detailing across the sides. This provides a unique design while adding to the aesthetics.
As with the rest of the Yeezy range, the YEEZY BOOST 700 V2 Cream has a full-length BOOST midsole, offering great underfoot cushioning. The thick midsole provides comfort and stability, with the classic gum outsole to round off the styling.
The sneaker will be available online at adidas.co.za, as well as in store at adidas Sandton and Waterfront V&A Originals.
The adidas Originals YEEZY BOOST 700 V2 Cream is set to drop this weekend on 13 March 2021. It will retail for R4,999.
