Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Rust Pink” Could Be Another Smash Hit

There is a lot of hype surrounding Jordan Brand's Jordan 1 Low lineup for 2025, including a "Rust Pink" colourway that will be released.

Although Travis Scott’s collaborations on the Air Jordan 1 Low have been rather quiet this year—aside from a collaboration with Fragment on the low-top model, that is—there is still a lot of anticipation surrounding the 2025 AJ1 low lineup. This year’s most anticipated releases include a “Rust Pink” Air Jordan 1 Low colourway inspired by the coveted 2017 Art Basel Miami exclusive Air Jordan 1 High OG of the same name.

A Closer Look At The Sneaker

Much like its high-top predecessor, this rendition of the “Rust Pink” AJ1 features a combination of  White, Black, and Rust Pink across the design.

The base of the shoe offers a clean white leather backdrop, while the profile swooshes and forefoot overlays have contrasting dark black accents. However, pink accents on the heel and tongue branding give a splash of colour to an otherwise understated colour scheme. The sneaker finishes off with a white midsole and the titular hue on the outsole.

Apart from the chic yet minimal colour scheme, the most noteworthy aspect of this pair is perhaps the use of the “Big Swoosh” on the sides, which was last used on AJ1 Low releases from the mid-2000s. Of course, its biggest selling point is its resemblance to the 2017 Air Jordan 1 High OG, which is presently selling for a pretty penny on the resale market—over four figures in most cases.

Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Rust Pink” Release Details

So, if you’re looking to get the “Rust Pink” look for less, this AJ 1 Low will be available for purchase from May 31, 2025. The sneakers will retail for $140 USD on Nike.com and at select retailers.

Other Jordan 1 Low releases to look out for this year include the Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Phantom”, Air Jordan 1 Low “Rookie of the Year”, and the Fragment Design x Travis Scott collaboration. Until then, follow Sneaker Fortress for more sneaker drops and news.
