The Air Jordan 3 “Jordan Brand Classic” PE Could Be Another Classic

All of the athletes who participated in the Jumpman Label's Jordan Brand Classic event this April received a special Air Jordan 3 PE.

Jordan Brand hosts several prestigious tournaments and events, each marked by the creation of special player-exclusive (PE) sneakers. One such design for this year is an Air Jordan 3 created just for the Jordan Brand Classic event in April.

A Closer Look At The Sneaker

Beginning with a traditional white tumbled leather upper, the design features traces of light blue at the eyelets and back of the tongue, as well as a grey elephant print detailing on the toe and heel. However, the true highlight of the sneaker is found on the back: a unique heel tab with a marbled pattern and “Nike Air” branding for a special touch.

The final details include a sail and grey sole unit underneath, as well as a “Jordan Brand Classic” emblem surrounding the Jumpman at the tongue. Although the style is a pleasant mix of the familiar and the unexpected, we won’t lie; the heel tab makes these special.

Air Jordan 3 “Jordan Brand Classic” Release Details

Regrettably, these exquisite Jordan 3s will not be available to the public. However, we can still admire the unique design and eagerly await the possibility of Jordan Brand incorporating some of these details (namely the marbled heel tab design) into their future in-house releases.

That said, there are plenty of Jordan 3 designs sneakerheads can look forward to this year, including a “Rare Air” design, a follow-up to the 2018 “Seoul” release and even a collaboration with SoleFly for the holiday season.
