Louis Vuitton x Air Jordan 1 Low Gets “Monogram Caramel Crisp” Look

The "Monogram Caramel Crisp" design gives a distinctive spin to the familiar Louis Vuitton x Air Jordan 1 Low aesthetic we've seen on customs.

Louis Vuitton Air Jordan 1 Low Monogram Caramel Crisp

Over the years, there have been a number of Louis Vuitton x Air Jordan 1 customs. And while many of them stick to the same formula of covering the famous 1985 silhouette in Louis Vuitton’s signature monogram print leather, there are always those few willing to take risks with the design. These Louis Vuitton x Air Jordan 1 Low “Monogram Caramel Crisp” sneakers by Uniquefit Customs (@uniquefit_customs) definitely belong in the latter category.

A Closer Look At The Design

The pair starts off with a tan fabric used on the tongue and quarter panels (in this case it’s canvas), which is then contrasted with brown LV Monogram leather on the heel, toe and eyestays—an aesthetic that, in our opinion, has also become fairly standard among LV customs.

However, the addition of caramel-coloured crocodile leather on the toe box, ankle, and profile Swooshes marks a bold departure from the look we’ve slowly come to expect. This single addition changes the overall look of the shoe.

The tongue is then finished with a distinctive LV patch, and white and sail accents on the inner lining, laces, and sole unit expertly balance the ensemble. It’s certainly an unexpected take on the theme, but that’s part of what makes it so charming.

Where To Grab These Louis Vuitton x Air Jordan 1 Low “Monogram Caramel Crisp” Sneakers

While the design, which retailed for $830 USD, is currently sold out on the Uniquefit Customs website, you can always contact the team to learn more about potential restocks or have a similar pair customised to your specifications. However, those with a little more patience can simply keep an eye out for new stock or similar releases on the site.

In the meantime, don’t miss out on other unique Louis Vuitton-inspired AJ1 customs, like this $10,000 USD “Prism” inspired pair, the transparent design with an upside-down Swoosh logo, and even a subtle take on the Monogram leather aesthetic. And for more amazing custom and concept kicks, be sure to follow us here at Sneaker Fortress.
