Nothing leaks months before release quite like the Air Jordan line. You can’t blame leaders for being excited with a lineage as long and a legacy as rich as the Air Jordans. Luckily for us, it means that we get an early look at what the Air Jordan 6 “Yellow Ochre” will likely look like, as well as a good idea of how much it will set us back. Curious? Keep reading!

Air Jordan 6 “Yellow Ochre”
There have been a few stunning yellow Air Jordan 6 colourways over the years, but we are looking at something other than what we are looking at for the 2024 release.
There are no official images yet, but a trusted sneaker-leaker @zsneakerheadz released a mock-up of what we can expect from the “Yellow Ochre” colourway for the Air Jordan 6 range.
At first glance (aside from the colours), you might see many similarities with a 2021 Air Jordan 6 release, “Carmine“, which was based on red. The colourway patterning is almost the same, just that the “Yellow Ochre” replaces all the red with a stunning golden yellow.
The golden “Yellow Ochre” makes up the base of the sneakers’ upper and peaks out on pieces like the overlay over the laces, usually known as the lace shield and a strip that marks the pull tab.
The rest of the sneaker looks very similar to the “Carmine”, with primarily white making up most of the panelling on the upper and black making up the accents like the tongue, the inner, the majority of the pull tab, and the midsole.
Lastly, the outsole is an icy blue that grounds the warmth of the golden yellow and leaves the visible Air Unit on display for all to see in true Air Jordan 6 fashion.
While these mock-up images are jaw-dropping, and we would love to see these images become a reality, it will be interesting to see if the leak is spot on when the official images come out, as many of them have been in the past.

Release Date and Price
Although we have very little to work off of and still need to get official images, a suggested release date is set for the 3rd of February, 2024. That should put into perspective just how early we got all this information.
Of course, because we have it so far in advance, there is a high chance that the details might change, but fingers crossed there will be no delays.
@zsneakerheadz also reported that the sneakers could be expected in full-family sizing, so everyone will hopefully be able to sport these stunning sneakers.
We also have been graced with a rough idea of how much we can expect this lovely pair of sneakers to set us back by $200. Again, prices may vary closer to the time, and this is just a rough preliminary idea, so stay tuned for further details.
