PUMA Adds New Performance Sneakers To Its Hybrid Family

Just over a year ago, PUMA dropped the first of its Hybrid training sneakers in the form of the HYBRID Rocket Runner. The running technology has been a great success for the company, having been featured in numerous silhouettes in the 12 months since the original launch, with the last major drop being the Hybrid NX and Hybrid NX TZ runners. Adding to the range of HYBRID silhouettes, PUMA has dropped the HYBRID Astro, HYBRID Fuego and HYBRID Sky.

PUMA Adds New Performance Sneakers To Its Hybrid Family

The HYBRID Family is known for its cushioning and responsiveness thanks to its unique technologies, making it the ideal running shoe. Deriving most of its benefits from the HYBRID Foam, these runners feature a host of benefits along with their contrasting designs. The PUMA IGNITE Foam reacts on impact to provide instant energy return, while the NRGY beads create the ultimate cushioning experience. The NRGY beads feed into the IGNITE Foam to absorb energy in order to create a rebound effect from the toe-off phase.

PUMA HYBRID Fuego

The HYBRID Fuego was designed for wearers to light up the streets, whether you’re running solo or heating up the pavement with your fellow runners. The silhouette is versatile, making it the perfect pre-performance warmup as well as daily gym sessions. The Fuego includes the HYBRID Foam combined with the IGNITE Foam and NRGY Beads for instant cushioning and responsiveness. In addition to this, the silhouette features PUMA’s PROFOAM technology for additional cushioning and energy return in a lightweight package. The upper provides a comfortable, sock-like feel. The PUMA HYBRID Fuego is currently available at PUMA stores and selected retailers for R1,399.

PUMA HYBRID Sky

The HYBRID Sky was designed to turn the streets upside down. It is most suited those who run along the edge without thinking twice. As with the Fuego, the Sky features the HYBRID Foam, IGNITE Foam, NRGY Beads and PROFOAM technologies, all of which, when fused together, allows you to run as close to the limit as you want. The silhouette has an external fit system providing optimal support right where you need it the most. The PUMA HYBRID Sky will retail for R1,999 and is currently available at PUMA, Totalsports, Edgars, Studio 88, Takealot and various other retailers.

PUMA HYBRID Astro

The HYBRID Astro allows wearers to turn on the jets and is building for shifting your run into high gear. As with the previous two silhouettes, it too includes PUMA’s latest running technologies in the form of the HYBRID Foam, IGNITE Foam, NRGY Beads and PROFOAM. The HYBRID Foam delivers the ultimate cushioning and energy return on stride impact. The silhouette is finished with a Netfit upper, which provides a touch of personalisation of the lacing system to style it your way. The PUMA HYBRID Astro will be available for R2,299 at PUMA stores, Totalsports and selected retailers. The silhouette is set to drop on the 21 July 2019.
