It’s been a strong couple of months for the PUMA RS Computer range, since the rebooted range launched in April. There have been many variants of the range, from the RS-0, RS-100, RS-1, and RS-300, across numerous collaborations, including partnerships with SEGA, Polaroid, Roland and Ader Error. PUMA has once again extended the RS-0 family inspired by photography – the RS-0 Optic.
The RS range has endeared itself to new wave of streetstyle, offering a mix of old school and modern influences, along with unique colourways. The RS-0 Optic features a mix of reflective materials and flashlight glares, mimicking a typical 80s camera. Despite its classic throwbacks, it features modern running technology, fusing comfort and design for the ultimate silhouette. The upper is created from a meshed front, with a leather toe and heel cap, complimented with a synthetic leather reflective print on the quarter. The build is completed with an inner sock construction that provides additional support, while the sole is made from rubber. The look is completed in a PUMA Silver, Quarry, and PUMA White colourway.
The PUMA RS-0 Optic is available in stores at PUMA Select and X-Trend stores. The silhouette is available for R2,299.
