PUMA South Africa has expanded its brick-and-mortar stores across the country. This includes a new pop-up store, full-price stores and factory outlets, a total of 5 new stores in total.
The first on the list is the much-loved SELECT Pop-Up store. These pop-up stores bring with them all the new and top-end collaborations from PUMA in various hot spots around the country. This time around, PUMA South Africa opted for a space below The Village Idiot on Loop Street in Cape Town. The store features collections such as PUMA X Vogue, PUMA X Coca-Cola and more.

In addition to the new pop-up store, there are additional full-price stores opening around the country. The first of these is the store at Mall of the North in Polokwane. The second store will open in Somerset Mall in Somerset West. Both of these stores are set to open in October 2022.
Further to the new store openings, PUMA South Africa will also be expanding its Menlyn Mall store. This will bring additional pieces into the store as well as more high-end collaborations, motorsport, sportstyle, teamsport and kids collections. It will reopen in September 2022 with a new floor layout.
In terms of Factory Outlet stores, the brand will relaunch it’s Springfield Factory Outlet Store in Durban. The store was destroyed in 2021 in the KZN riots. It will be relaunched with an 800sqm retail floor space. It, too, will reopen in September 2022.
Lastly, a new factory outlet store will be opened in East Point in Johannesburg. This store will open in October 2022.

Head of Retail PUMA South Africa, Kirill Kazarov, spoke on the newly launched PUMA stores and reopenings:
“We have expanded our footprint of PUMA stores to cater to the growing demands of our thriving PUMA fam. We also are able to increase in-store stock levels including plus size options and our sustainability product.”
