A few weeks back, Puma announced the Tsugi Shinsei as part of the Run the Streets campaign with Puma brand ambassador, The Weeknd. Puma has reimagined the original design, which too was based on the Ignite Limitless, with the Tsugi Shinsei Raw Pack.

The Tsugi Shinsei represents the company’s new Sportstyle era, reimagining and reworking many of the recent sneakers in a progress way. Pushing design to the next level, with a new and unique side lacing pattern across the range, which also includes an all-new tooling and sole unit. In addition, the redesign of the sneakers includes flexibility in the forefoot and the Ignite Foam cushioning in the heel area, synonymous with the Puma brand.

The Raw Pack features a new knitted vamp and sock, rip-stop tongue and debossed quarter overlays, which provides a more premium and sophisticated look. The reworked sneaker keeps many of the design traits from the original, along with the same progressive streetwear look, but with relaxed, soft materials, often a trait of the sock design.

The Tsugi Shinsei Raw Pack will be available from 15th June 2017 in a tonal, Black colourway, as well as new colour combos of “Peacoat-Whisper” and “Marshmallow-Puma” White. The sneaker will retail for R2,499 at Puma Select stores in Bree Street, in Cape Town and Braamfontein, in Johannesburg, along with various other retailers across the country including Shelflife, Madaiza and Cop Capital.
