Just over a month back, PUMA dropped the PUMA X Mr Doodle collab, which revealed the new Mile Rider sneaker – a reworked design from the archives as part of the broader Rider family. Today, PUMA unveils the all-new Winnie Harlow X Mile Rider, with two pairs of women’s sneaker to extend the range.
The Rider started off in the 80s as jogging shoes, having been created for those long-distance sneakers. The history of the sneaker was further cemented with its bold and colourful branding to stand out from the crowd.
The latest Mile Rider drop features the same aesthetic, with influences from the 90s through visual elements reminiscent of jet-ski and retro inspirations.
The latest Winnie Harlow X Mile Rider pack features two colourways, a monotone deck in a black and white aesthetic (PUMA White-PUMA Black), paired with a much more bold and colourful variant (PUMA Black-Elektro Green). The colours are bright and bold, with neon green, pink and yellow in contrast to the black base of the upper.
The upper is crafted from synthetic leather, with the coloured overlays and pink checked print on the base.
Being a running sneaker at its core, the Winnie Harlow X Mile Rider drop features comfortable cushioning to make each stride as soft as possible. The perfect shoe for those outdoor adventures.
