PUMA and Helly Hansen are back for their third collaboration. After the two previously successful drops, the third PUMA x Helly Hansen collection has arrived.
The drop sees the return of the technical and performance elements within the design. The PUMA x Helly Hansen collection features a mix of unisex footwear, with tie-in apparel and accessories.
The Helly Hansen brand has been around for over 140 years. As a result, it has become synonymous with professional gear for sports and workwear. For both land and sea alike.
The pinnacle of its products is its performance ski and sailing gear. These were designed to withstand the earth’s harshest environments where adventurers need not worry about their clothing and gear. With this reliability, they can continue to explore no matter the location or environment.
This is what PUMA has tapped into with the collab. The latest collection was inspired by sailing and arctic patrol gear. Meant to withstand some of the most extreme conditions, the collection is brought to the streets ahead of the 2020 winter (Northern Hemisphere).
The mix of highly-technical design provides a futuristic aesthetic across the product range. Alongside PUMA’s stormCELL technology, the polarised fleece and reflective detailing bring elements of warmth and safety.
Featured among the footwear is the PUMA x Helly Hansen Nitefox Boot (R2,699) and Oslo-City (R2,199). In addition to this the Polar Fleece LS Top (R1,899), Tee (R700), Hoodie (R1,700), Polar Men’s Fleece Gillet (R2,000) and men’s Sweatpants (R1,600).
The Nitefox Boot features strong outdoor design elements and fuses it with current street trends. The mid-boot features a curved and rugged outsole, with reflective and technical details from Helly Hansen. The Oslo City sneaker brings to life PUMA’s heritage with a crossover with Helly Hansen’s performance elements. The result is a clean, smooth, durable silhouette.
The PUMA x Helly Hansen collection is currently available online at PUMA.com. It is also available at PUMA Stores and selected retailers across the country.
