This time around, the collab brings with it another Slipstream Lo variant, this time the Show Up sneaker. It brings the ball both on and off the court. The Slipstream Lo Retro is an ex-basketball silhouette from the 80s. It was a huge success through one of the most important periods in sneaker history for many brands. It was made famous by Mikey Williams, a strong and compact guard and offensive-minded player.
The most recent iterations of the Slipstream have been showcased across the globe in various styles with a streetwear twist.

The latest iteration of the Slipstream Lo, the PUMA X MCM Show Up, features a much more understated colourway than the previous sneaker. It has a cleaner, black-and-white leather colourway while still keeping its notable MCM spin. The Formstripe has a Cubic Monogram pattern, with co-branding on the heel and a silver metallic plate on the tongue.
The PUMA X MCM Slipstream Lo is available at a retail price of R14,999.
It is currently available at the MCM Worldwide stores, as well as online. Additionally, it can also be purchased locally from Al Capone stores across the country. This includes online at alcaponefashions.co.za, as well as in-store at Mall of Africa, Sandton City, V&A Waterfront and Gateway.
