Puma has joined forces with solebox, Berlin’s leading destination for contemporary fashion and streetwear. Their collaboration, the Puma X solebox, was marked with the release of the Champagne Pack, a celebratory pack to mark the launch of solebox’s opening of their newest store in Munich, which is built in a historic wine cellar.
The Duo have celebrated both their partnership and store launch with the creation of a special edition of the renowned champagne that served as the inspiration for the sneaker pack. The creation features Puma’s iconic ’90s-inspired runner, the Blaze of Glory, otherwise known as the B.O.G., as well as its alter-ego, the B.O.G. Limitless.
The Blaze of Glory includes a premium nubuck and mesh upper combo along with a bold Trinomic sole with a hint fluo-green on the outsole, a nod to the champagne bottle’s special labelling. The B.O.G. Limitless is distinctive with a full engineered sock and embossed leather, similar nubuck overlays as on the original, topped with a glow-in-the-dark outsole and prism pink collar. The Champagne Pack markers come in the form of both pairs being fitted with cork footbed, solebox branded leather heel tab, and waxed cotton laces.
The Puma X slebox Champagne Pack is available at Shelflife, with the B.O.G. Limitless (Black) for a retail price of R3,999, and the Blaze of Glory (Gray Viotel-Steel-Prism Pink) at a cost of R2,699.
