Is there ever a point in a woman’s life when she doesn’t need any more pink shoes? I think not! This is why pink-dominated sneakers will always be in high demand when they hit the market. And Jordan Brand is adding to our list of must-have pink shoes with the Air Jordan 1 “Pink Foam.”
A Closer Look At The Design
The upcoming release comes with a “Pink Foam” base that adds the slightest hint of pastel pink to the leather toe box and quarter panels while also coating the tongue. Hyper Pink then adds its vivid touch to the branding and overlays, boldly contrasting the white laces and Wings emblem at the heel.
Finally, a sail midsole and bright pink outsole complete the design, complementing the shoe’s entire colour palette. Though I personally would have preferred it if Jordan Brand had released a pink colourway similar to the Nike Dunk Low’ Triple Pink,’ I can certainly make more room in my closet for this ‘Pink Foam’ style. The pair will be available in Big Kid sizes on Nike.com and at select retailers, so people with smaller feet will have the opportunity to flaunt this lovely shoe for as little as $90 USD.
