With images of the upcoming Nike x Tiffany & Co. collab leaking on the internet, both brands acted fast in posting their own little teasers.

This Nike x Tiffany & Co. collaboration had long been rumoured without any official announcement from either brand. This is why the last weekend of January 2023 was so significant.

The Tiffany blue sneaker box was the first official image we would receive but certainly wouldn’t be the last.

Soon enough we got to look inside the box and on foot, with legendary basketballer, Lebron James debuted the sneakers during a game.

Tiffany & Co. is fairly new to the collaboration world. As a result, most of its collaborations happened only after the American jeweller was acquired by the French conglomerate, LVMH

With Nike still celebrating the 40th anniversary of the Nike Air Force 1, the Nike x Tiffany & Co. collaboration could not have come at a better time.

One could say it’s a match made in heaven, which just oozes pure class. While many expected a more extravagant and “bling” aesthetic, the simple look is easy to like and I’m definitely a fan.

Additionally, there is Tiffany branding on the tongue and the Nike swoosh in the unmistakable Tiffany blue. The Nike x Tiffany & Co. 1837 is a thing of beauty.

You'll have to part with around $400 (about R7,000). If that's not a deterrent then you can get yourself a pair at either one of Tiffany’s flagship NY stores, select Nike stores and the SNKRS app.
