Even though 2020 might seem like a year best left in the past, that year was not without its highlights, one of which was the unveiling of the remarkable Air Jordan 9 PE "Jordan Brand Classic".

Like many major events in 2020, the Jordan Brand Classic was paused by the pandemic.

Since 2002, the anual Jordan Brand Classic event has been a grand display of the US's finest high school basketball talents.

Despite the event's cancellation due to COVID-19, sneaker fans were still treated to an unofficial glance at the Air Jordan 9 Player-exclusive sneakers. Sadly, a glimpse would be all we would get.

The Air Jordan 9 PE "Jordan Brand Classic" boasts a predominantly white upper blending glossy patent and smooth matte leather across its build.

Livening up the design are bright pink "Air Jordan" labels on the tongue, as wella s appearing on the model's heel pull tab and the stitched "23" beneath it.

Still, this sneaker's unique charm lies in the eye-catching iridescent midsole tooling, an effect echoing in the eye-stay hardware surrounding the tongue.
