Adidas is going all out with its spring and summer Samba designs this year. From pairs covered in pony hair to those featuring crochet and stitching details, there are plenty of designs reminiscent of the brand’s coveted collaborations with high-end fashion houses. Included in the mix is an adidas Samba Ruffle Stripes pack that will have you doing a double take.
A Closer Look At The Sneakers
The design of this collection offers a more pared-back interpretation of Caroline Hu’s 2024 collab. Yet, while Hu’s designer offerings are typically covered in dreamy ruffled lace or pleated satin, this in-house adidas Originals project features merely a hint of ruffled white silk ribbon on the striping at the sides.
All three colourways—dark black, pastel pink, and baby blue—embrace a similar overall style, with white leather heel patches and tongues contrasted with a tonal leather base and a darker suede at the T-toe caps. Each pair is completed with gold branding embellishments and a milky translucent outsole for an irresistible vintage feminine look. Can’t you just envision pairing these with a tiered white skirt or a ruffled boho dress for a romantic summer ‘fit?
Adidas Samba Ruffle Stripes Pack Release Details
Each pair in the “Ruffle Stripes” pack will be available to purchase for $120 USD in Summer 2025. The sneakers will be available in women’s sizes on adidas.com and at select stores.
