Jordan Brand is offering a number of highly anticipated releases for its 40th anniversary this year, ranging from nostalgic retro styles to luxury collaborations. Among the offerings are an assortment of special in-line colourways, like the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG “Self Expression”.
A Closer Look At The Sneaker
While the sneaker may look like your run-of-the-mill Jordan 1 colourway at first glance, there’s more than meets the eye. The shoes have a multi-layered design, with a black top layer that wears away to a multicoloured middle layer that then eventually fades to a plain white base. Finishing off the distinct look is a “Sail” midsole and black rubber outsole below.
Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG “Self Expression” Release Details
This AJ1 sneaker will be available for purchase on August 9, 2025. The pair will be released through Nike.com and select retailers, with men’s sizes costing $180 USD and grade school sizes costing $140 USD.
