Update August 08, 2025: The Air Jordan 5 “Luminous Green” is set to release on August 30th. The pair is clad in sail leather with perforated leather at the sides, rather than the usual TPU netting. The “Luminous Green” tint is then used on the laces, tongue branding, embroidered “23” text on the heel, and shark teeth on the midsole. The pair finishes off with a black midsole. Original Article: With 2025 marking 35 years of the Jordan 5 silhouette, the Jumpman Label has cooked up some fantastic sneaker releases to commemorate the occasion. The lineup includes a brand-new Air Jordan 5 “Luminous Green” colourway that was created exclusively for the ladies.
A Closer Look At The Sneaker
This new AJ 5 colourway offers up a blend of Sail, Luminous Green, and Anthracite tones throughout the Tinker Hatfield-designed silhouette.
Mockups of the sneaker reveal a primarily sail upper with green accents on the branding and the famous shark tooth pattern on the midsole. Following that, anthracite accents add depth to the tongue, netting, and sole unit.
The style is completed with a translucent rubber outsole and the signature visible Air unit in the heel. Still, we’ll have to wait for images of the sneaker to surface before we know how the colourway officially pans out.
Air Jordan 5 “Luminous Green” Release Details
This “Luminous Green” colourway will be released on July 5, 2025. The sneakers will be available in women’s sizes for $200 USD on Nike.com and at select retailers.
