With over 2.1 million Google searches for Labubu in the past month alone, the demand for anything and everything related to the cute character continues to rise. Fans just can’t seem to get enough of these adorable miniature monster dolls with their big, expressive eyes and toothy grins. If you’re one of the many Labubu fans who can’t stop adding to their collection, these custom Air Jordan 1 High “Labubu” sneakers by Bull Airs may be just the thing you need.

If you are somehow unfamiliar with the Labubu craze that is currently sweeping the internet, it is a plush toy—more specifically, a “blind box” toy where the buyer doesn’t know which specific design they will get until they open the box. This toy was manufactured by Pop Mart and inspired by the Monsters story series conjured up in the mind of artist Kasing Lung. Labubu happens to be one of the small monsters in the story with high, pointed ears and serrated teeth that has become one of the books most popular characters.

Although the cheeky little creature has been popular in Asia for some time now, it gained international recognition and appeal after receiving a shoutout from Lisa of Black Pink in a 2024 Vanity Fair video. Ever since, it has been selling out of stores all over the world with unboxing videos popping up on everyone’s social feeds…and now being reimagined in sneaker form.

These charming fuzzy sneakers by Bull Airs are designed to evoke the same joy and surprise that the Labubu dolls bring. Essentially, the shoes are available in six different blind box exclusive colourways that you only get to see once you open the box. Also, some colourways are more rare than others, similar to the figures themselves.

Rarer colours include black and sage green pairs, while the brown, tan, blue, and purple designs will be more commonly found. Nonetheless, each of these colourways features a fluffy base with smooth leather overlays and a removable strap with the familiar “Labubu” branding.

What’s more, the designs include a matching collectable keychain of the cute creature’s face and small tabs around the collar to which you can connect it (or any other charms you may have). There’s even a cute tooth-like design on the medial Swoosh for an extra bit of fun.

These kicks are practically essential for any Labubu lover given they are just as cute and collectable as the characters themselves. So, make sure you’re ready to get your hands on a pair when they drop on Friday the 13th at 12 pm EST because judging by the comments on Bull Air’s Instagram post, these are likely to sell out fast.

“I need this,” one Instagram user wrote, followed by a string of heart-eye and fire emojis. Another user joked, “Great, now I’ll probably have to get my wife a pair.” And just to emphasise how amazing these sneakers are, one user stated, “Why do I love these but hate labubu?”.

While we may not feel the same, we can all agree that you don’t have to be a Labubu fan to enjoy the design and craftsmanship of these custom sneakers, but you do need to get your hands on one before they sell out! So, make sure to visit the Bull Airs website if you’re interested. These Labubu Air Jordan 1 sneakers will cost $450 USD and come in men’s sizes 4–18. Good Luck.
