Prepare to Be Blown Away by the "Tweety x Daffy" Air Jordan 1

It’s no secret that we at Sneaker Fortress have a soft spot for sneaker designs inspired by cartoon characters of our youth. If you are of the same nostalgic mindset, then you’ll want to check out these Looney Tunes x Air Jordan 1 “Tweety x Daffy” custom sneakers by Shinichi Baadkar of @sneakeranime.

A Closer Look At The Design

Initially created as a birthday tribute to Michael Jordan,  these sneakers pay homage to the legendary basketball player’s time spent with the Looney Tunes in the classic Space Jam film.

However, the sneaker artist decided to concentrate on the characters Daffy Duck and Tweety Bird, designing a split pair with Tweety on the right foot and Daffy on the left.

While each shoe is essentially just a canvas for the character’s signature colour scheme, the details are what really make the look pop. From cartoon-inspired shading to mutual red tongues that pull the look together—while also nodding to the iconic Looney Tunes branding—there are plenty of playful elements that make these sneakers a must-have for any Space Jam fan.

Is The Looney Tunes x Air Jordan 1 “Tweety x Daffy” Available For Purchase?

Sadly, these Tweety and Daffy-inspired sneakers appear to be in the concept stage, but if it’s any consolation, Sneaker Anime accepts custom orders for his concept designs. However, he usually collaborates with other custom sneaker artists, such as @moreiarty_ to bring the designs to life. So, if you’re one of the many individuals who would like to own a pair of these stunning AJ1 shoes, reach out to the artist on Instagram to find out how you can have the design custom-made just for you.

Until then, be sure to visit our website to see even more custom Looney Tunes designs, which include sleek Daffy Duck Dunks, wacky “Taz” Devil Dunk Lows and even Sylvester and Tweety Jordan 1 sneakers. And remember to follow us at Sneaker Fortress for more custom and concept kicks.
