Two years after signing on with New Balance, Jack Harlow’s first official collaboration with the brand is finally on the way, so let’s look at the gorgeous Jack Harlow x New Balance 1906R.

This is a gorgeous and surprisingly sweet pair of sneakers. They combine the glorious colours of lush green, pink, and a touch of red for a beautiful colourway. Images were shared on Instagram via @fkzsnkrs.
Starting from the bottom, the outsole and midsole are all united in one colour, with an incredibly lush and earthy green making up the bottom of the sneakers and creeping onto the sneakers thanks to the heel.
From there, the upper transitions to a much lighter green, with sections of pink flowery canvas with a light green background and light green synthetic leather overlays on the toe. The rest of the synthetic overlays on the sneakers take on a pink-and-white look, adding some much-needed lighter accents.
The New Balance branding on the sneakers also takes on the gorgeous pink, green and white look of the rest of the overlays, bringing some of that lush green from the sole unit onto the upper.
The standout feature of these sneakers is the inclusion of some incredibly lush velvet. A lighter pink velvet appears on the tongue, and a darker pink velvet makes up the laces. The sneakers’ inner lining maintains the tongue’s light pink but in a breathable mesh rather than velvet.
Last but certainly not least, the insole is a gorgeous design against a light pink canvas, with watercolour images of a woman and man in a gorgeous formal vintage dress, looking like a gorgeous Southern Bell and her man matching her for a Sunday on the town or a fabulous afternoon tea.

Suppose you can’t quite put the name to a face or don’t recognise any of this Louisville native’s work. In that case, you might have heard one of his most famous songs on Instagram or TikTok. Jack Harlow’s “Lovin On Me” is incredibly popular right now. With the lyrics “I’m vanilla baby” possibly ringing a bell, you can understand why his sneakers are gorgeous and possibly a little unexpectedly sweet for a hip-hop pop rapper.
Harlow signed on with New Balance back in February of 2022, becoming one of the brand’s top entertainers, and revealed his own exclusive New Balance 550 sneakers shortly after. With no other official releases before this gorgeous Jack Harlow x New Balance 1906R pair, it makes them his first official New Balance Collaboration for the masses.
Sneakers aren’t the only collaborative effort coming from Harlow this year. He will soon launch the inaugural Gazebo Festival on the weekend of May 25th to 26th. Suppose you haven’t heard of this festival before. In that case, it will be the next big music festival featuring outstanding artists, including Harlow.
Release Details
There are no official release details or prices for these Jack Harlow x New Balance 1906R sneakers just yet, but it seems incredibly likely that the sneakers’ launch will coincide with the Gazebo Festival, so maybe we will see them as soon as May 25th.
