The Jordan 4 silhouette has a sweet spot in the Jumpman lineup. It isn’t as oversaturated as models like the Jordan 1, but it’s also not as underutilised as some of the retro models sneakerheads enjoy. This sweet spot has ensured that its fans have been offered some pretty impressive collaborations throughout the years, but not so many that they don’t pack a punch when they do arrive. So, we’ve rounded up some of the best Air Jordan 4 collabs the model has seen over the years.
Kaws x Air Jordan 4

Kaws founder Brian Donnelly cooked up one of the best Jordan 4 collabs to ever exist. No major theatrics needed; just plush grey suede, Donnelly’s signature hand graphic all over the uppers, and their unmistakable “XX” logo at the heel. But we’ll admit the glow-in-the-dark outsole does add a nice touch.
Undftd x Air Jordan 4

Undefeated’s collaborations with Nike have received consistent praise throughout the years, but nothing compares to the nearly unanimous admiration for their Jordan 4s inspired by the MA-1 flight jacket. Only 72 pairs of these kicks were released in 2005, and they were packed in a UNDFTD zipper bag. But guess what? This rare sneaker is finally making a comeback this year! Find out more about the Undftd x Air Jordan 4.
Eminem x Carhartt x Air Jordan 4

Eminem has multiple Air Jordan 4 collabs under his belt, but his 2015 team-up with the Jumpman and Carhartt workwear is still crowned as his best of all time. Maybe it’s Carhartt’s signature black canvas fabric, Shady’s iconic details, or the fact that they saw an extremely limited drop, but these sneakers are a grail for many sneakerheads.
Union x Air Jordan 4 “Guava Ice”

Union La has a knack for adding an old-school touch to their collaborations, and their 2020 team-up with JB is no different. The brand paid homage to the ’80s and ’90s with vibrant colours, translucent accents, and a distinctly folded tongue. It’s a pretty unique look, something only Union can pull off with such flair and ease.
Union x Air Jordan 4 “Noir”

The streetwear brand also gave a retro touch to a pair of “Noir” AJ4s that same year (2020). Both styles share the same elements, but the base of this look is constructed from black suede and mesh materials. It also changes up the placement of the bold colour accents. Simply stunning.
Air Jordan 4 Retro “Doernbecher”

The kids at Doernbecher Children’s Hospital have been behind some of Nike and Jordan Brand’s best sneaker collabs to date, but Isiah Scott’s Superman AJ4s are one that still remains on many sneakerheads’ must-have lists to this day. The sneaker was cooked up in 2011 and was inspired by the pint-sized hero’s own nickname. Think black uppers etched with laser detailing, neon green accents, and, most importantly, a Superman logo on the tongue.
Travis Scott x Air Jordan 4 (Friends and Family)

Sure, Travis Scott dropped the Houston Oilers-inspired AJ4 colourway for fans to enjoy back in 2019, but the pair we all really wanted was his suede purple version. Unfortunately, this sneaker was only available to the rapper’s friends and family, but we can still dream of owning these one day. Right?
Eminem x Air Jordan 4 “Encore”

Another coveted collab under Eminem’s name is the “Encore” AJ4 from 2005. The sneaker was released to celebrate the rapper’s fourth studio album, which also happens to share the same blue, grey, red and black colour scheme. Only 50 of these kicks were created, so you know they are scarce and hardly ever appear on resale sites.
Levi’s x Air Jordan 4 “White Denim”

Jordan Brand quite frequently releases denim-covered iterations of their sneaker silhouettes. But none has been quite as popular as their team-up with Levi’s on the Jordan 4. The duo released three different colourways for their 2018 collection, but for us, the frayed white denim look is ultra clean — and possibly the best pair for customising.
A Ma Maniére x Air Jordan 4 “While You Were Sleeping”

Since A Ma Maniére is widely known for their lavish renditions of Jordan silhouettes, we could expect nothing less than perfection from their takes on the Jordan 4. One of their best Jordan 4 collabs happens to be the “Phantom” coloured suede, textile and nubuck design that formed part of their “While You Were Sleeping” collection from 2024. If you slept on this drop, chances are you’re kicking yourself right now.
Off-White x Air Jordan 4 “Sail”

There are virtually no Virgil Abloh and Jordan collaborations that don’t hit the mark. Still, some are a little more unique than others. Case in point: the Off-White x Air Jordan 4 “Sail”. This was the brand’s sole AJ4 release (technically, their Bred design has yet to officially hit the market), and it features a subtle and versatile sail colourway with all of the signature Off-White details sneakerheads know and love.
Nike SB x Air Jordan 4 “Pine Green”

There is a reason the Nike SB Jordan 4s were named one of the best sneaker collabs of 2023, if not the very best. Clean white leather uppers, suede grey mudguards, and gorgeous pops of green on the AJ 4 silhouette, teamed with skate-ready enhancements provided by Nike SB. As the brands themselves said, “Some things just go better together.”
Oliva Kim x Air Jordan 4

This one’s for the women. In 2019, JB enlisted the help of industry veteran Olivia Kim for a unique spin on the “Black Cat” Jordan 4. This limited-edition style marked a number of firsts for the brand: The first time the Nike Air Futura logo appeared on the heel of a women’s exclusive AJ4 release and the first time a woman would have her own Jordan 4 design. Aside from all that, the dark, bovine-haired leather on the upper is a truly lavish and unique touch.
Wahlburgers x Air Jordan 4

Mark Wahlberg opened his family restaurant, Wahlburgers, in 2018. On his feet? A special pair of suede green Jordan 4 sneakers with detachable tongue tags. Given the overwhelming demand for these kicks, the actor decided to give away 30 pairs at a charity event that same year. Like they say, the rest is history.
Travis Scott x Air Jordan 4 “Cactus Jack”

In 2018, Travis Scott dropped the “Cactus Jack” AJ4 sneaker in the colours of his hometown team, the Houston Oilers. Although many of us wished JB had dropped his friends and family colourway as well, these kicks were still a refreshing change-up from the rapper’s usual earthy tones, earning them a spot as one of his best Jordan 4 collabs.
PSG x Air Jordan 4

Jordan Brand and Paris Saint-Germain collaborated for a memorable AJ4 drop in 2020. The shoes offer a spin on the AJ4 “Fire Red” colour-blocking, with luxe Bordeaux Purple hits decorating the shoe in place of the red. Simple and timeless.
Drake x Air Jordan 4 “Raptors”

You’re likely one of many Jumpman fans who missed the unexpected SNKRS drop of the Drake x Air Jordan 4 “Raptors” in 2019. This special version is essentially just the “Raptors” AJ 4 colourway with Drake’s signature embroidered underneath the Jumpman on the tongue. These kicks were apparently meant to be released alongside La Flame’s Houston Oilers-inspired pairs, but with all the drama surrounding Drake jumping ship to adidas, they only saw a limited release once the dust had settled.
Nigel Sylvester X Air Jordan 4 “Brick By Brick”

Jordan Brand and BMX rider Nigel Sylvester teamed up to create one of the best Jordan 4 collabs of 2025. These shoes made headlines for being part of a train heist just before they were expected to drop. Sneakerheads (and apparently train jackers) just can’t get enough of their orange suede uppers and unique “Bike Air” branding on the heel. Find out more about the Nigel Sylvester X Air Jordan 4 “Brick By Brick.”
Nigel Sylvester X Air Jordan 4 “Brick By Brick” White

Sylvester also debuted an alternate “White” colourway for his 2025 Jordan 4 collab during a fashion show in January. The design updates the model’s “Fire Red” colourway with the BMX star’s signature “Bike Air” branding and little Swoosh details. Plus, it has ultra-premium materials too. Swoon. A Ma Maniére X Air Jordan 4 “Dark Mocha”

A Ma Maniére will release a rich mocha-coloured Jordan 4 in December 2025. If the pair is even half as good as their “While You Were Sleeping” pairs from 2024, expect them to be another must-have. Find out more about the A Ma Maniére X Air Jordan 4 “Dark Mocha”.
