Kanye West has his sights set on making a massive comeback in 2025, with the first of his endeavours being the release of a new $20 Yeezy SLPR slide, which Ye claims brought in over $3 million USD on its first day of sales. Of course, you’ve surely heard that the music mogul also has a new album, “Bully,” set to be released in 2025, and it could just coincide with the drop of his first sneaker design in his solo Yeezy efforts: the Yeezy Bullys BL-01.
West used social media to tease fans with a video of the upcoming sneaker this week. While many have compared the new design to an orthopaedic shoe, there’s definitely still plenty of interest surrounding the release. But have a closer look for yourself.
A Closer Look At The Yeezy Bullys BL-01 Sneaker
The first look at Ye’s new sneaker design reveals a chunky, all-black sneaker with curved panels and a VERY thick sole with serrated edges at the bottom. The shoe looks almost skate-like or orthopaedic, depending on who you ask that is.
Similar to visionary’s previous creations, these sneakers are entirely laceless for effortless on/off wear. But as simple as the design may seem, it’s all part and parcel of Ye’s aesthetic for his solo releases. It’s precisely this simplicity that has drawn fans in, as they eagerly await a chance to get their hands on a pair of these minimalist kicks. But would these shoes garner as much attention with any other name attached to them? I still doubt that.
Kanye West’s “Bully” Sneaker Release Details
The release date for Ye’s Yeezy Bullys BL-01 sneaker has yet to be announced, but given the common moniker, many believe it will coincide with the release of his new album. In terms of price, these are likely to be sold with a similar price tag to the Yeezy Pods and Yeezy SLPR slides, which were $20 USD each. But, whatever the price, you can be certain that it will be less than other well-known brands on the market—Ye will guarantee it.
In the meantime, keep checking Sneaker Fortress for any news or announcements about the “Bully” sneaker’s release, as previous releases have shown that these will sell out quickly.
