Jordan Brand, in celebration of its 40th anniversary, is set to unveil a series of sneakers that boast unique elements rarely seen in regular releases. The striking ‘Deep Royal Blue’ Air Jordan 1 High OG Rare Air is among these exclusive offerings.

A Closer Look At The Sneaker

The upcoming Rare Air offering is a masterful blend of White, Black, Neutral Grey, Deep Royal Blue, and Muslin, offering a somewhat versatile colourway that we can see styled in numerous ways.

The overlays are a gorgeous shade of blue, while the sneaker’s base and ankle flap are made of clean white leather. In addition, the pair sports grey suede collars, a black tongue, and a sail and black sole combo below.

However, this sneaker’s distinctive Nike Air” version of the Wings logo at the lateral collar and the black Swooshes that gradually wear away to red over time earn this sneaker a spot within the 2025 Rare Air collection.

This colourway is bound to be a hit thanks to its unique design elements and timeless colour combination. They do remind us a little bit of the Union x AJ1 design, but that just makes them more appealing, in our opinion.

Air Jordan 1 High OG Rare Air “Deep Royal Blue” Release Details

This “Deep Royal Blue” colourway will be available on April 5, 2025, through Nike SNKRS and select Jordan stores. The beauty of this pair is that they will be available in a complete run of sizes, allowing everyone in the family to grab a pair. Men’s sizes will be priced at $180 USD, while big kids, little kids, and toddler sizes will cost $140, $85, and $70 USD, respectively.

But there are also other beautiful Rare Air designs that sneakerheads should not miss, such as the “Cinnabar” AJ 1 High, an AJ 3, an AJ 4, and, most crucially, an AJ 11. Until then, make sure to follow Sneaker Fortress for more sneaker drops and reviews.
