Don’t Call It a Comeback — The “Shadow” AJ10 Is a Certified OG Killer

2025 looks to be a fantastic year for Jordanheads, with the return of the Air Jordan 10 "Shadow" on the horizon.

2025 is a terrific year to be a Jordanhead, but it’s also an expensive one. With so many nostalgic and cherished colourways making their way back to the market, this year is shaping up to be a dream come true for many fans—albeit one that comes at a high cost. Yet since it’s only April, there are still plenty of highly anticipated releases scheduled for the remainder of the year, and the Air Jordan 10 “Shadow” just so happens to be one of them.

A Closer Look At The Sneaker

Sneakerheads will be pleased to see that the impending reissue remains faithful to the original from 1994, with a Charred Grey, True Red, and Black colour scheme to bring back that classic and timeless look.

Expect the same smokey suede uppers; jet-black tumbled leather accents, and bold red branding as the original design. And those who disliked the toe-cap detail of the AJ 10 as much as Michael Jordan did will be relieved to know that this little design element will not be present on this pair, though we can’t say the same for the “Steel” colourway that will be released in July. The design will also feature an improved shape to ensure this release is more similar to the original than any other retro of this colourway.

With the Jumpman Label ensuring that this pair lives up to the memory of the original “Shadow” design, expect this to be another must-have release for holiday 2025.

Air Jordan 10 “Shadow” Release Details

The AJ 10 “Shadow” is expected to arrive on October 29, 2025. Sneakerheads will be able to grab a fresh pair of this coveted colourway from Nike.com and select retailers for $210 USD.

Other Holiday 2025 offerings to keep an eye out for are the Air Jordan 8 “Bugs Bunny”, Air Jordan 11 “Rare Air”, and Air Jordan 12 “Taxi”. For more information on upcoming releases and sneaker news, be sure to follow us at Sneaker Fortress.
