Even with more Nike Zoom Vomero offerings in the Swoosh Label’s growing lineup, including the Roam and Plus styles, the Zoom Vomero 5 has continued to be a fan favourite.
Following its re-release in 2018 and then again in 2022, the silhouette swiftly became one of Nike’s popular lifestyle shoes. We can thank the retro-inspired sneaker fad and the model’s well-known comfort for this. Comfy footwear fans can’t get enough of the Vomero 5s’ bouncy Zoom Air tech and supportive honeycomb heel…but it doesn’t hurt that folks at Beaverton, Oregon, have imagined it in an array of beautiful colourways, including the most recent “Pink Spell” edition.
The base is made of pink coloured mesh, and the shoelaces, sole tooling, and moulded heel piece all match. The bold pink colours are offset with black accents on the caging, Swooshes, inner lining, and midsole. Plus, there’s a hint of metallic silver reflective detailing scattered throughout. Looking at images of these bad boys, it’s no surprise that this eye-catching design has “cast a spell” on sneakerheads everywhere.
The Vomero 5 “Pink Spell” has gathered a lot of attention on social media. Even the guys are vying for a chance to own this colour scheme. One Instagram user commented, “Wish they would have guys,” while another chimed in, “Please let them drop in men’s sizes too.”
Unfortunately, this release is a women’s exclusive, with only sizes 5-12 currently available on the Foot Locker website. This is likely to be the sizing offered when they are released via Nike.com later this month. You can grab a pair for just $170 USD if you fit into the available sizes.
