Awake NY plans to deliver a second Jordan 5 design in 2025. Although their first collaboration of the year features a striking “Arctic Pink” colour scheme, the second Jordan 5 features a more understated “Black/Racer Blue” pairing.

A Closer Look At The Sneaker

The design has the same distinctive elements as its “Arctic Pink” counterpart, including a prominent “A” logo at the sides of the shoe that changes the shape of the model’s typical side netting, embroidered Awake branding on the tongue, and a nod to “NY” City on the right shoe’s lateral heel. However, the colour scheme gives this pair a remarkably different look.

The sneaker is anticipated to offer a black leather base with “Racer Blue” elements on the branding, midsole spikes, and lining. The pair is also expected to feature a “Metallic Silver” tongue, “White” midsoles and “Clear” outsoles below.

Awake NY x Air Jordan 5 “Black/Racer Blue” Release Details

Sneakerheads can expect to see this second colourway released on September 19, 2025, through Nike SNKRS and select retailers.

In the meantime, anticipate plenty more Jordan 5 styles to drop before then, including the Air Jordan 5 “Fire Red Black Tongue”, A Ma Maniére x Air Jordan 5 “Violet Ore” and Air Jordan 5 “Metallic Gold”. And remember to follow Sneaker Fortress for more sneaker drops and news.
