Update June 28, 2025: Infinite Archives founder Isimeme “Easy” Otabor has revealed a “College Blue” colourway of their Air Jordan 17 collab. It’s unclear whether this new sneaker, inspired by the original “College Blue” AJ17, will be released, but the “Beach” colourway is expected to drop on October 17th for $300 USD. Check out images of their “College Blue” AJ17 low below.

Original Article: The Jordan 17 made a welcome comeback to the sneaker scene in 2024, and despite the model’s hefty price tag, units quickly sold out. As the Jumpman Label celebrates its 40th anniversary, Jordan Brand appears to be building on the silhouette’s popularity by working with Infinite Archives to release a collection of Air Jordan 17 Lows.

A Closer Look At The Sneaker

The first pair from the collaboration is a “Beach” colourway seen on the feet of Infinite Archives own Easy Otabor during Paris Fashion Week. The pair is said to be inspired by Mike Bibby’s player-exclusive AJ 17 colourway from his time with the Sacramento Kings but has off-white nubuck uppers with black inner booties paired with the recognisable transparent purple TPU on the sole.

The second pair to be revealed is a “Chicago” colourway with crisp white uppers, translucent red TPU on the sole, and black inner booties likely inspired by MJ’s tenure with the Bulls. However, whether the latter design will see a wider release or remain exclusive to select individuals is still uncertain.

Infinite Archives x Air Jordan 17 Low Collection Release Details

Sneakerheads can anticipate paying $300 USD for these Jordan 17 Lows when they launch in September 2025 on Nike SNKRS and select retailers. But be sure to stay tuned for more updates as we draw closer to the release date.

In the meantime, be sure to check out the other Jordan releases scheduled for 2025, ranging from kid-friendly colourways to women’s exclusive releases. And remember to follow Sneaker Fortress for more news and upcoming sneaker releases.
