The Swoosh brand has a whole lineup of fun and creepy releases set to drop in time for the haunted holiday. From glow-in-the-dark designs to sinister colourways, Nike is pulling out all the stops to ensure sneakerheads have plenty of options for all their spooky festivities. And with the season of trick-or-treating being a favourite among the little ones, the good folks in Beaverton, Oregon, have naturally created something spooktacular to cater to their younger audience – the Nike Dunk Low “Fearless. While the adults will receive a colourway inspired by the beloved Halloween treat, candy corn, as well as a dark and eerie black snakeskin sneaker, the Nike Dunk Low “Fearless” for kids features a playful and vibrant design inspired by Mary Shelley’s classic horror novel, “Frankenstein.
Naturally, the sneaker is based on the iconic monster from the novel, with lime green accents and intricate stitching that is reminiscent of the Frankenstein creature’s patchwork appearance.
The colourway takes on a stunning ombre effect that includes subdued slate blue tones that fade to white towards the toe and heel of the sneaker. As mentioned before, this design is complemented by bold lime green accents on the lining and laces, giving the shoe a pop of electrifying colour.

The Swoosh branding is made of glow-in-the-dark material and includes intricate Frakenstein-inspired stitching on the edges, adding an extra element of fun and excitement for young wearers. These Frakenstein-inspired design elements are continued throughout the sneaker through branding on the tongue, reverse of the tongue, and heel counter. This adds a playful touch to the design, which I am sure every young wearer will love.
A bolt of adrenaline is added to the design through electric currents that travel along the sneaker’s mid panels. At the same time, the motivational phrase “I am Fearless” appears on the tongue’s reverse side, serving as a constant reminder for wearers to embrace their inner strength.
To complete the look, blue sole units are stitched with a vivid fuchsia thread, which adds a pop of colour and enhances the overall playful aesthetic of the sneaker. The same fuchsia hue is also used on the insole to create a cohesive, eye-catching look.
