Nike Sabrina 4 Revealed — The Must-Have 2026 Basketball Shoe With a Secret Weapon Underfoot

Nike isn’t slowing down with Sabrina Ionescu. If anything, the brand just doubled down on what already works. The Nike Sabrina 4 lands in July 2026, priced at $135, and instead of ripping up the blueprint, it fine-tunes it. Think less “reinvention” and more “locked-in upgrade.”

The headline tweak sits under your foot. A new TPU FlyPlate replaces the usual carbon fiber approach, and it’s built to feel like you’re pushing off a starting block. That track-inspired snap isn’t random either. It nods to the University of Oregon, where Ionescu built her legacy. Pair that plate with Cushlon 3.0 foam and a forefoot Air Zoom unit, and you’ve got a setup that leans into responsiveness without feeling stiff or unforgiving.

Ionescu put it plainly: “Seeing my shoe worn across all levels of the game tells me that we are creating shoes that basketball players really love.” And she’s not wrong. Since the line dropped in September 2023, it’s been everywhere—from WNBA courts to NBA tunnels. That kind of crossover doesn’t happen by accident.

Visually, the Sabrina 4 takes a sharper turn. The upper carries a haptic pattern that shifts from “S” to “i” as it moves forward, a subtle nod to her Romanian roots. There’s also a mirrored Swoosh, including that vertical hit on the medial side, which quietly signals how far she’s pushed the game forward. Small details, but they stack up.

Performance-wise, the updates feel practical. A carved collar helps with mobility. The perforated tongue keeps airflow moving. The compression-molded vamp adapts over time, so the fit gets better the more you play. And the multi-directional “S” tread? Built for those sudden stops that wreck defenders’ ankles.

Nike also rolled out a matching apparel line using Aero-FIT tech, the same material seen in their 2026 World Cup kits. It’s made from 100% textile waste, which gives the performance gear a sustainability angle without making a big song and dance about it.

The Sabrina 4 doesn’t try to shock you. It just gets better where it counts. And honestly, that’s exactly what most players want.
