PUMA announced the refresh of its F1 lineup towards the end of 2024. The brand had a long-standing history with F1 and its constructors’ teams, including Scuderia Ferrari, Aston Martin Aramco F1 and more. This new-look F1 range was headlined by A$AP Rocky, who was also announced as a new brand ambassador at the time, and later went on to establish his own Don’t Be Dumb signature range with the brand in 2025. Ahead of the 2026 F1 season, which kicks off in February, PUMA and McLaren Racing announced a multi-year partnership, uniting two high-performance brands built on community and innovation.

With the establishment of this new partnership, the brands aim to bring fans closer to the action and experience the spirit of racing. The collaboration sees PUMA creating the new team kit in order to deliver performance where it matters. The PUMA range will extend across the full McLaren Racing portfolio, which commences with the McLaren Mastercard Formula 1 Team in February 2026. Thereafter, the Arrow McLaren IndyCar Team, as well as both McLaren Racing entries in F1 Academy and the McLaren F1 Sim Racing Team, will be added. Lastly, the McLaren United AS WEC Hypercar Team kit will be added in 2027.
The range was designed around McLaren’s well-known papaya theme. Replicas will mirror the official clothing worn by the drivers and the rest of the team on track day. It’s been crafted for those who want to show up and stand out, following the ethos of Race Louder, wherever you are.

Released as part of PUMA’s lifestyle range, the kit has been designed for fans who live and breathe speed, both on and off the track. McLaren, with its rich racing history and pedigree, brings its heritage to the contemporary pieces. Pieces from the collection include streetwear, from apparel to footwear and everything in between. The team has taken cues from PUMA’s archive, refreshing classical items fusing past and present through iconic silhouettes and modern designs.
Fans will get a firsthand experience when the team debuts the PUMA x McLaren range at the opening Formula 1 race of the season in Australia. The full collection will be available from February and available at PUMA.com, PUMA Retail stores, as well as selected retailers.
