Mufasa: The Lion King will be hitting theatres in December 2024. A Closer Look At The Sneaker
If this split shoe design isn’t the best way to capture the rivalry and duality of these iconic characters, I don’t know what is. The sneakers portray the Lion Brothers on separate feet, with Mufasa on the left and Scar on the right.
The shoe for the great lion king is primarily clothed in his trademark golden hue, with amber highlights on the toe box, tongue, collar, and Swooshes to reflect his majestic mane.
Meanwhile, Scar’s shoe captures his wicked appearance with a deeper colour scheme, including brown, black, and shades of green. Not to mention his characteristic facial scar, which is carefully tucked beneath the profile Swoosh. Each shoe also features the name of the respective character painted on the midsole.
