Nike’s women’s and kids’ exclusives have been pretty fire lately! This has been especially true for the Nike Dunk Low silhouette, which has been offering up a ton of fresh and exciting colourways for us to get our hands on. From the previously released Nike Dunk Low “Sanddrift” with its soft brown suede and smooth leather to the upcoming Nike Dunk Low “Amber Brown” made just for the kiddies, Nike has been consistently delivering tantalizing options that have left a lot of the men out there feeling a little bit salty. Unfortunately for said men, this trend is about to continue with the Dunk Low LX’s next release, “Purple Ink”.

This upcoming women’s exclusive features a mixture of premium materials across the upper, including suede, canvas, and leather. Combining these materials adds depth and texture to the shoe, creating a luxurious look.

The “Purple Ink” colourway combines shades of purple and black, creating a bold and eye-catching aesthetic. Its canvas base takes on a deep black hue, providing a sleek and versatile backdrop for the vibrant purple accents. A rich purple suede is used on the mudguard, eye stays, and heel, adding a touch of elegance and sophistication to the overall design.

The use of leather on the heel tab and the Swoosh logo adds a premium feel while also creating contrast against the canvas and suede materials. This combination of materials and colours creates a visually striking and luxurious look for the Nike Dunk Low silhouette.

To complete the look, the laces and outsole are coloured in a matching shade of purple, tying the entire design together. The outsole also features tiny hits of glitter, adding a subtle yet eye-catching detail to the shoe. On the other hand, the midsole is kept simple with a dark black colour, allowing the vibrant purple accents to take centre stage.

Overall, this Nike Dunk Low WMNS sneaker is a bold and beautiful colourway that I’m sure even men will appreciate. Its premium materials and striking colourway make it a great addition to the Nike Dunk Low WMNS sneaker lineup, making this another great sneaker for the ladies to add to their collection this year.

The Nike Dunk Low LX “Purple Ink” will be released on August 26th of this year at select Nike retailers and online on the Nike website. The sneakers will come exclusively in women’s sizing (so most likely in women’s US sizes 4 to 13) and will retail for around $120 each. If you are hoping to grab a pair of these dark beauties, be sure to mark your calendars. Also, stay tuned for more updates on availability and purchasing options and be sure to follow us on social media for the latest news and release information. With so many great women’s and kid’s exclusives coming out in 2023, you won’t want to miss out on what could be yours or your favourite kiddo’s next must-have sneaker.
