With this pair that was released in 2021, A Ma Maniére has done what they do best, tearing apart the original sneakers and replacing every material possible with luxurious materials, swapping smooth leather for tumbled and reptilian-textured leather, swapping out the inner mesh for a silky quilted lining and custom woven tongue labels. These luxurious sneakers keep many of the general Air Jordan 4 features that make the silhouette a beloved favourite, choosing to swap out tried and true components for a subtle and luxurious touch.
The subtle changes include a quilted silk interior over the usual mesh inside that the sneakers usually sport, swapping out certain TPU elements for metal, and changing the support wings, which can sometimes look cheap when they are shiny, for a better matte finish.
