The 2025 Union x Fragment Air Jordan 1 Collab Could Be Really Special

Could the rumoured Fragment and Union LA Air Jordan 1 design resemble this custom pair by John Trottier and Yuang Louis?

Although sneakerheads were already anticipating the release of a new Union LA x Air Jordan 1 “Chicago / Shadow” design next year, along with another colourway of Fragments Air Jordan 1 Low collaboration with Travis Scott, there are also rumours that suggest a Fragment and Union LA Air Jordan 1 may now be on the cards for 2025. Since there is currently no information regarding a potential colourway or design details, we decided to show off a custom design created by John Trottier (@johnnyskicks_) and Yuang Louis (@louis_yuang) to get sneakerheads excited about the possible release.

A Closer Look At The Sneaker

Trottier and Louis envision the Air Jordan 1 High silhouette with a colour scheme influenced by Fragment’s 2014 release in their version of what a Fragment x Union collaboration would entail. The design features a white tumbled leather base with dark black leather on the Swooshes and forefoot overlays, while blue accents the heel and ankle flap.

Union La’s design touches are then visible through the zig-zag stitching, yellow tags, and dual-toned laces that echo their 2018 Jordan 1 collaboration.

But one detail we especially like is the distinctive etch pattern Trottier and Louis used to replace the Fragment Design logo on the shoe’s lateral side.

Where To Grab The Union x Fragment Air Jordan 1

You’ll have to wait for more information on whether the Union x Fragment AJ1 will be officially released in 2025. But in the meantime, you can get this exclusive custom version created by Trottier and Louis by contacting them directly through their Instagram accounts.

Until then, you can check out more reimagined collaborations on our site, including the Bull Mags Air Jordan 1 Sneaker, Fragment x Travis Scott Jordan Jumpman Jack, and the “Paranorman” Nike Kobe 6 Protro. While she refuses to crown a single GOAT, her heart is split between two legends: the sleek Air Jordan 11 and the forever-cool Cortez.
