Clot and adidas are back with another striking rendition of their espadrille-inspired Gazelle, this time highlighting vibrant “Blue Bird” accents.
A Closer Look At The Sneaker
This latest colourway of the CLOT and adidas Gazelle follows the aesthetic path laid out by its “Halo Ivory” predecessor, which made its debut in June this year.
The upper showcases a knit textile, complemented by suede overlays on the toebox and eyestays, all presented in neutral tones. However, the design spices things up with the adidas 3-Stripes logo on the side, shifting the hand-embroidered glass beads from “Cloud White” to a stunning “Blue Bird” and “Light Blue” blend.
The espadrille-inspired midsole then features matching blue stitching, seamlessly tying into the details on the tongue, heel, and laces. A gum rubber outsole is added below to round out this unique and laidback look.
These Gazelles undoubtedly offer a more casual and summery vibe take on the Gazelle, but they certainly don’t compromise on style or visual appeal.
CLOT x adidas Gazelle “Blue Bird” Release Details
If this gorgeous colourway has caught your attention, you can look forward to its release on August 23, 2024. This iteration of the CLOT and adidas Gazelle collaboration will be available through adidas.com and select adidas Originals retailers, priced at $160 USD for men’s sizing. However, an online raffle was held on August 12 through JUICE, which will be followed by an in-store raffle on August 16.
However, there are plenty of other exciting adidas releases to anticipate from here on out, including a “Black Toe” colourway for the Fear of God Athletics One set to drop this year. Plus, the adidas Kobe 2 makes a return, along with a new adidas Harden Volume 9 model, both scheduled for next year.
