Where celebrities lead, fans follow. This formula doesn’t seem to be changing anytime soon, even when it comes to the latest sneaker trends. Here are some of the best sneakers worn by celebrities in 2025 that you may want to think of grabbing for yourself.
Adam Brody in Nike Killshot 2

Nike’s ’70s racquetball and squash shoe may have dwindled into obscurity for a while, but it’s made a big resurgence since 2024 thanks to a few major movie and TV cameos. Its latest on-screen appearance comes courtesy of Adam Brody’s character in the hit Netflix show Nobody Wants This. In fact, Brody has kind of sealed the shoe’s reputation as the “hot boyfriend” sneaker.
Austin Butler in Puma Easy Riders

Austin Butler is the epitome of effortless cool, and his sneaker choices generally reflect that. While his go-to pick has more often than not been the adidas Samba, the Caught Stealing actor stepped into a pair of Puma Easy Riders for his latest film. The ’70s running shoe definitely passes the vibe check.
Bella Hadid in Adidas SL 72

Bella Hadid’s controversial adidas SL 72 campaign may have been pulled from the sports giant’s site, but that hasn’t stopped the fashion model from rocking the silhouette in her downtime. This trendy retro style has actually been a fave of many celebs this year, though it has a long way to go before it can overthrow the Samba.
Ben Affleck in Off-White x Nike Air Force 1

Ben Affleck’s sneaker collection keeps growing and growing. Of course, most of the pairs on his feet are collabs some of us can only dream of owning, including his Off-White x Nike Air Force 1 sneakers. Affleck was photographed wearing the “White” colourway from Virgil Abloh’s ‘The Ten’ collection in February, but he also owns the ‘Black’ pair that dropped in 2018.
Bill Hader New Balance 2002R

It seems difficult to tear Bill Hader away from his beloved New Balance sneakers, even for a night at CinemaCon 2025. We can’t really blame him, though; the silhouette is incredibly comfortable and not half bad to look at.
Olivia Rodrigo in Nike Cortez

Nike’s old-school running shoe has been a fave of many celebs, including Dakota Johnson, who loves her rich brown colourway and Jeremy Allen White, who can’t seem to get enough of the sneaker in, um, all-white. But we can add another celeb to the list in 2025. Singer Olivia Rodrigo was spotted out and about in London wearing a red suede and mesh pair that’s currently discounted on Nike’s online store.
David Beckham in Adidas Fear of God Athletics Trainer

David Beckham has a long history with adidas, so it’s no surprise to see him sporting some of the latest three-stripes gear…that is, when he isn’t dressed to the nines by his fashion designer wife. The former soccer star/heartthrob/fashion icon wore a pair of Adidas Fear of God Athletics Trainers in the ‘Night Brown’ colourway to the Los Angeles Lakers vs Golden State Warriors game back in April. Of course, he had the adidas fit to match.
Kendall Jenner in Adidas Tokyo

Adidas Sambas have been everyone’s (including celebrities) go-to sneaker for a while now, but at least Kendall Jenner is serving us something (slightly) different with the adidas Tokyo. It still has the slimline, flat, gum rubber goodness going for it, but probably even more so.
Zoe Kravitz in Vans

Is it just us, or are Vans sneakers suddenly everywhere again in 2025? While once a favourite of singer Harry Styles (he’s literally been rocking them for years), his rumoured gf seems to have taken a liking to the silhouette. Zoë Kravitz was spotted out and about in a pair of Vans Slip-On sneakers, but the silhouette has also been a fave for Gigi Hadid, Emily Ratajkowski, and a number of other stylish celebs.
Jennie in Adidas Bad Bunny x Ballerina

Adidas and Bad Bunny’s Ballerina sneakers sold out almost instantly when they were released in March and then again in April. However, Jennie from BLACKPINK still managed to secure a pair in black (probably as a gift from adidas).
Kaia Gerber in Bode x Nike Astro Grabber

Kaia Gerber is still wearing Bode and Nike’s black Astro Grabber collab. The model has styled the sneaker in various ways in 2024/2025, and the shoes just never get old.
Kendrick Lamar in Nike Zoom Vomero Roam

Kendrick Lamar’s connections with the Swoosh affords him a chance to rock some of their best kicks, even the more under-the-radar ones. This May, he opted for the Nike Zoom Vomero Roam in the “Flax” colourway while strolling the streets of NYC. Of course, there are winterized options of the shoe available for the cold months ahead.
Kevin Hart in Adidas Samba

Kevin Hart went from a self-proclaimed Jordan man to an adidas Samba diehard. He’s been wearing the slimline sneakers on and off stage, to interviews…just about everywhere. In fact, he wears them so often that fans seem to believe he must have an Adidas contract. To my knowledge, he doesn’t.
Rihanna in PUMA Speedcats

Before Riri gave birth to her precious baby girl in September, the PUMA Speedcat was a staple of her maternity wardrobe. She wore brown pairs, pink pairs, lavender pairs. The signer singlehandedly proved that there’s no such thing as a bad PUMA Speedcat colourway.
Tyla in Nike Air Max DN8

South African singing sensation Tyla signed with Nike this year. The duo announced their partnership in style by unveiling a new colourway of the Air Max DN8 at Super Bowl LIX.
