While sneakerheads may have been lulled to sleep by Jordan’s launches in the past few years, this year’s celebration of the brand’s 40th milestone has reignited passion and excitement for its iconic silhouettes. The Jumpman’s footwear assortment for 2025 has been a constant parade of the best colourways, collaborations and in-house releases seen in years. Thankfully, there are still plenty of upcoming Jordan releases to rekindle your passion for sneakers. So, let’s take a look at a few of the highlights.
Off-White x Air Jordan 1 “Alaska”

Sneakerheads have been waiting for a wider release of Off-White’s Air Jordan 1 High OG “Euro” since 2018, and 2025 will finally see that happen—albeit under a new name. Everything from the pure white uppers to the signature Off-White components (like deconstructed profile Swooshes and “AIR” branding on the midsole) makes this a release that sneakerheads will not want to miss. Air Jordan 4 “Rare Air”

One of this year’s most stylish Rare Air sneaker designs is the eye-catching AJ4 dressed in black with those striking pops of blue and red. However, a great part of the appeal of this design is its detachable tongue patches, which expose its “Rare Air” credentials underneath. No to forget that 25% of the available pairs will boast gold lettering on the tongue for an added dose of exclusivity. Find out more about the Air Jordan 4 “Rare Air”.
Air Jordan 4 “Cave Stone”

Although it may seem odd that an in-house colourway with no collaborative ties or retro history could generate so much interest, yet the Air Jordan 4 “Cave Stone” is one of the must-have releases of the Fall season. The sneaker has become a favourite among many Jordanheads thanks to its earthy brown hues, soft suede uppers, and similarity to Travis Scott’s 2018 “Mocha” 4s. For whatever reason you love them, they’re definitely a must-have. Find out more about the Air Jordan 4 “Cave Stone”.
Nigel Sylvester x Air Jordan 4 “Brick by Brick” (White)

Jordan Brand and BMX star Nigel Sylvester’s AJ4 collaboration generated so much excitement when it was released at the start of the year, so it seems fitting to end the year with a equally appealing follow-up. The alternate design sticks to the original release’s theme by including brick-orange highlights on a crisp white upper. Plus, sneakerheads can expect the BMX star’s signature “Bike Air” branding at the heel and mini Swooshes at the forefront. Air Jordan 5 “Grape”

The popular “Grape” Jordan 5 is one of the major retro releases to commemorate Jordan Brand’s 40th milestone this year. The pair is back in OG style, with white leather uppers, purple and teal accents, and Nike Air branding on the heel. Those who can’t enjoy the nostalgia of the original release can at least admire the bright ’90s-inspired colour scheme these offer. Find out more about the Air Jordan 5 ‘Grape’.
Air Jordan 5 “Tokyo”

In honour of the AJ5 model’s 35th anniversary this year, the coveted “Tokyo 23” colourway from 2011 is set to return in true OG style. Many Jordan fans have long wanted to sink their feet into a pair of these yellow suede sneakers, and now there’s a glimmer of hope for those outside of Japan to finally get their hands on a pair. Air Jordan 8 “Aqua”

The Air Jordan 8 “Aqua” colourway is poised to make its return after a decade in the vaults. While OG sneakerheads will appreciate the connection to Michael Jordan’s on-court performances, newer fans can take in the stunning black durabuck uppers with ‘Bright Concord’ and ‘Aquatone’ touches on the midsole and mudguard. Air Jordan 9 Boot “Black Gum”

The Air Jordan 9 “Black Gum” winter boot happens to be one of our favourite Jumpman releases for the colder winter months. The sleek black uppers, water-resistant coating, and lugged gum rubber sole unit create the ideal blend of style and functionality. I mean, just look at them. Air Jordan 13 Low “Dongdan”

The Air Jordan 13 Low, created for this year’s Dongdan basketball tournament, is a picture-perfect combination of brown suede uppers and beige tumbled leather panels, with event-specific branding to commemorate the occasion. It’s hard not to fall in love with the model all over again when its colourway and materials come together in such a beautiful combo. Find out more about the Air Jordan 13 Low “Dongdan”.
Air Jordan 14 “Red Ferrari”

The Air Jordan 14 will return in the famous “Red Ferrari” colourway this June, and sneakerheads can’t wait to get their hands on a pair.
