Original Article: This year has been a year full of special releases for the Air Jordan 1 as it celebrates its big 4-0. From the revival of the famed “Banned” colourway earlier this year to a Swarovski collaboration scheduled to drop towards the end of 2025, there are plenty of appealing releases for enthusiasts of the iconic silhouette. Joining in on the party is an exclusive women’s release in the form of the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG WMNS “Fir”.
A Closer Look At The Sneaker
Although images of the upcoming AJ1 colourway have yet to surface, @zSneakerHeadz and SneakerFiles have created mockups of the predicted colour blocking to offer Jordan fans a taste of what to expect.
Pictured below is a pair in a blend of Pale Ivory and Rich Pro Green leather and a matching sole unit below. However, a touch of Metallic Gold on the Wings logo at the ankle does its bit to elevate the shoe’s overall aesthetic.
Fans may still be surprised by the materials utilised on this design once images surface, but for now, these mockups give a decent indication of what the “Fir” colourway is anticipated to look like, at least based on info from the sneaker insiders.

The “Fir” AJ1 will be available to purchase on October 4, 2025. Nike.com and select retailers will sell the women’s exclusive offering for $180 USD.
