There’s a new Spider-Verse Air Jordan 1 rumored for 2027, and the details are starting to leak. Word on the street is that a Beyond The Spider-Verse Air Jordan 1 is slinging into the sneaker world sometime next year. If the rumors are true, this could be one of the most-anticipated releases of the year.
So, has it been confirmed by Jordan Brand? Well, no… However, a few prominent sneaker accounts (that are known for being ‘in-the-know’) have begun spreading the word about a potential release. And the rumors are becoming difficult to ignore.
Here at Sneaker Fortress, we’ve seen our fair share of Spidey-inspired sneakers, but we’re certainly intrigued by the possibility of another web-slinging AJ1 joining the line-up. Will they live up to the hype? We’re going to have to wait to find out, but here’s what we’ve heard so far…
What We Know So Far: Colorway, Style Code, and Price
Unfortunately, the details are still pretty thin. With that being said, the shoe is reportedly set to arrive in Summer 2027, lining up with the theatrical premiere of Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse (scheduled for 18 June 2027).
And the design? That’s where things get interesting, because no official images have surfaced yet. We do have a little tidbit for you, though. Various sneaker leakers (Sneaker Files, Nice Kicks, zSneakerHeadz, MrUnloved1s, Brandon1an) tell us that the colorway is going to be Black, White, and University Red, with a style code of JA1074-001.
There’s plenty of opinions and forecasts doing the round in social media comment sections, including “Hopefully it’s a black base shoe,” from @ray_rawket and “Gonna be mad expensive and sell out quick af,” from @rsig18.
