Jordan Brand is serving up a tantalising trio of sneakers with their “Fast Food” Air Jordan 1 collection.
A Closer Look At The Sneakers
The collection includes three colourways inspired by iconic fast food dishes to ensure that no sneakerhead goes hungry for style: a classic “Cheeseburger” for the male sneakerheads, a side of “Fries” for the kids and a “Strawberry Milkshake” for the ladies.
The meal kicks off with the “Cheeseburger” Air Jordan 1 Mid colourway, which features a brown base with added textural and design details that make it resemble a bun and patty. Yellow oozes on the Swooshes to mimic the look of perfectly melted cheese, while green at the collar and red piping throughout symbolise a generous helping of lettuce and tomato sauce.
Next up is the kids’ “Fries” Air Jordan 1 Mid, which features a pale yellow corduroy base for a crinkle-cut style, darker yellow suede overlays, and a dash of metallic red on the Swoosh resembling the look of a ketchup packet.
Finally, the meal is finished with a “Strawberry Milkshake” Air Jordan 1 Low, which has a speckled pink base, creamy white leather overlays, and dark strawberry pink Swooshes on the sides.
Each pair is finished with a custom printed insole with a receipt graphic of all three food items, adding a cohesive touch to the whole fast food theme.
