Tyler Reddick, the NASCAR driver who pilots the No. 45 Toyota for Michael Jordan and Denny Hamlin’s 23XI Racing, hit Instagram yesterday with a never-before-seen desert-themed Air Jordan 4 PE. And fans are begging for it to be an official release.
Instagram comments say it all. “I need em!!! Gotta have em!!!” one sneakerhead wrote. Another went straight for the crown: “Best 4s I ever seen”. That’s quite bold, sure. But there is something special about the sneaker. “We might see these down the line for sure…but his team definitely has to get their ware out of them first…these fiah tho…” another declared hopeful about an official drop.

Tyler Reddick is seen in plenty of images online, posing with the Air Jordan 4 PE. And they give us a pretty good look at the neverbeforeseen kicks. It has olive and black snakeskin across the whole upper. Black hits on the lace wings, laces, midsole, and tongue label. A creamy off-white outsole. Then that metallic gold Jumpman on the tongue and heel holds the colorway together.
Reddick captioned the photos “‘26 season calling” and held the shoe to his ear (you know, like a phone). It’s corny, but it also underlines the point: this is a pair that sits in the Player Exclusive lane. And while that’s usually allocated to NBA stars, it seems like NASCAR drivers are about to get PE sneakers too.
And why wouldn’t they? Michael Jordan has already done this sort of thing across all the sports he loves, including basketball, baseball, golf and sports cars. And considering his involvement with NASCAR over the years, it makes sense to take his brand and its sneakers there, too.

Jordan made news recently with his involvement with the sport when NASCAR Commissioner Steve Phelps announced in December 2025 that he would step down after antitrust drama, and one exposed text had him calling Richard Childress “a stupid redneck” who “needs to be taken out back and flogged.” NASCAR and 23XI Racing settled last month.
So yeah, this Air Jordan 4 PE probably never touches retail shelves… well, maybe not this year. But we can look forward to seeing Tyler Reddick in the camouflage/snakeskin 4s while racing around the track.
