A Closer Look At The Sneaker
Although this sneaker may not showcase the traditional Spidey aesthetics, its look has won over many sneakerheads and Marvel fans, as evidenced by its 169k likes (and counting) on Instagram.
But those more familiar with the web slingers adventures will know this incredible custom draws inspiration from the Spider-Man: Blue limited series by Jeph Loeb and Tim Sale.
The sneaker features light blue-coloured leather on the base with web detailing throughout. There’s also a spider graphic on the tongue and white Swooshes, rimmed in dark black, to complete the homage to his suit and mask.
Add to that, dark blue overlays with Ben-Day dot graphics for a classic comic book-inspired touch. The sneaker rounds off with a lighter blue midsole and another black rubber outsole, accompanied by a black lining and laces that tie everything together perfectly.
