Nike has been preparing for the 2025 Halloween season with a series of spooky designs. This year’s collection features a variety of themes, including skull-inspired kicks and those modelled after creepy critters. The eerie Nike Zoom Vomero 5 “Spider” joins the latter category.
A Closer Look At The Sneaker
For this upcoming release, the comfy sneaker has been turned into a web of style. The upper is made of breathable mesh in a greyish “Photon Dust” colourway, with overlays in “Black” and “Bone.”
However, the most striking feature is the shaggy black suede spider on the forefoot, complete with metallic fangs and jewel-like lace dubrae’s that resemble spider eyes.
Finally, as with many of Nike’s upcoming Halloween releases, there are glow-in-the-dark details to complete the look. The eyestays and rear pull tab showcase vapour green highlights, which add a spooky touch to the overall feel of the shoe as they light up in low light conditions.
Nike Zoom Vomero 5 “Spider” Release Details
This Halloween-themed design is scheduled for release on October 8, 2024. A pair will set you back $110 USD on Nike.com and at select retailers. The downside is that this “Spider”-themed pair is said to be available in only children’s sizes. Still, it’s an excellent choice for getting young sneakerheads ready for the upcoming spooky festivities.
