“Peach, you’re so cool / And with my star, we’re gonna rule / Peach, understand / I’m gonna love you ’til the very end,” Bowser sings. When you think about an icon duo from Super Mario, you might think of Mario and Luigi or Mario and Princess Peach. Still, The Super Mario Bros. Movie might have changed our perceptions forever. Bowser’s ballad for Princess Peach has taken the world by storm and made us think there is a little more love behind the kidnapping than we might have thought. With so many custom Super Mario sneakers popping up recently and Bowser having some representation, we wanted to complete the duo and see what a pair of Princess Peach-inspired Nike Dunk Low sneakers would look like, so come take a look at these shoes!

Princess Peach Nike Dunk Low
These custom Nike Dunk Low sneakers inspired by Princess Peach are perfect for any ladies out there who are massive Super Mario fans. They are incredibly feminine without being over-the-top and way too girly while also representing the Nintendo character perfectly in a pair of Princess Peach shoes.
Starting with the image of Princess Peach on the toe box, it’s obvious where the inspiration for these sneakers came from. The idea is so detailed that you can even see some tiny elements from the game behind her in the background of the toe box, like dinosaur eggs, the breakable bricks, and maybe even a mushroom or two.
The outsole is white, no doubt inspired by Peach’s white gloves, with various inclusions of pink that match the different parts of her dress, like the darker threading and laces that match the darker pink of Peach’s dress, such as her collar and the hem. The Nike Swoosh represents the beautiful blue of her eyes and earrings. In contrast, the tongue label, the inner and collar of the Princess peach Nike shoes, and the leather heel tab represent the golden yellow of her hair and crown.
If you look at it quickly, the decals on the lighter pink part of the upper look like flowers, perfectly fitting with the feminine feel of the Nike Princess Peach sneakers. Still, these details are tiny decals of the Mushroom Kingdom Princess herself, a great little piece.

Nintendo Sneakers
Unfortunately, these Princess Peach Nikes are just custom images and aren’t real. It would be fantastic if Nintendo would work with Nike to bring some of these incredible Princes Peach Nike shoes to life and not just limit them to custom sneakers. However, if you are looking for Princess Peach sneakers, you still have a couple of options. There are a ton of sneaker customizers out there who might be willing to make them for you, but there are also some more commercial options.
Nintendo collaborated with Vans a while back to bring us the Vans x Nintendo Authentic ‘Princess Peach’, which features images of Peach covering the entire upper. This might be an excellent second option until we can turn these Dunk Lows into a reality.
