Teyana Taylor has been moving through 2026 like someone who doesn’t have time for small moments. One night she’s collecting trophies, the next she’s reminding everyone that she’s always been part of sneaker culture. If you’ve been watching her lately, you’ve probably noticed the same thing: red carpets may love her, but streetwear still feels like home. On March 7, Teyana Taylor’s Air Jordan 3 “Concrete Rose” lands with a reported $280 price tag, and it doesn’t look like the early mock-ups people passed around months ago.
Jordan Brand teased the sneaker in January on their @jumpman23 Instagram, but fans wanted to see more of the details. And now it’s here. The reactions on Instagram show the excitement for this special collab: “Ohhh gotta get these. 3s are my favorite and my brand color scheme.” “Yikes!! I need these!” And the most honest one, typed like a deadline: “Ima b p**sed if I don’t own these.”
And “detail” is the whole point here. The Air Jordan 3 arrives in Fir green leather, tonal from toe to heel, with Metallic Gold eyelets and a gold rose chain. It’s wrapped in a removable thorned rose vine, plus spiky laces that don’t pretend love is always soft. A Fire Red rose sits on the tongue. The elephant print steps aside, covered by leather, while Cement Gray peeks out underneath. A Gum Brown outsole keeps it grounded. Even the bottom nods to concrete, tying back to her “A Rose That Grew In Harlem” branding and the idea that beauty can come from rough places.
The official messaging leans into that grown-woman energy too. “This collection represents the evolution and maturity of a woman and her relationship with love –shaped by resilience, growth, and the work put in. It’s a celebration of owning her greatness — of getting everything she wanted beyond the status quo, all while staying true to her roots,” explained a press release on the collection, as shared with BLACK ENTERPRISE. Another line frames the timing as career-defining: “The look arrives at a pivotal moment in Teyana’s career, underscoring her evolution from multihyphenate creative to awards-recognized actress, while also highlighting Jordan Brand’s expanding influence beyond the court and into cultural storytelling.”

This is her second capsule with Jordan Brand, following the 2023 Air Jordan 1 Zoom Cmft 2 “A Rose From Harlem.” She joined the Jordan family 12 years ago, and you can tell she still treats it like a relationship, not a one-off fling. Awards season can keep the spotlight. The “Concrete Rose” feels like the part she controls. The part you can actually wear.
